01Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bully4u ("we", "us", "the Platform") and its users ("you", "the User"). bully4u is bully4u.bet— an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated on.

Definitions of key terms used in these Terms and Conditions:

02Account Registration & Eligibility

03Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bully4u are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: Selected local banks

Important Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit Amount ৳200।
• Deposits are usually within 5 minutes is credited to your account.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।

04Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bully4u:

• Once a bet is accepted, it is considered a binding agreement.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bully4u reserves the right to recalculate or void the affected bets at the correct odds.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bully4u will not be held liable for bets not accepted due to internet delays during live betting.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by event and market and are subject to change.

Bully4u's Sports Betting section covers cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, badminton, and 30+ other sports. Specific betting rules may apply for each sport.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bully4u regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager at least 10x must be wagered.
• Reload Bonus: Extra deposit bonuses are available on selected days.
• Cashback: A cashback is paid at a set rate on your weekly losses.

General Terms & Conditions for All Bonuses:

• The validity period for bonuses is generally 30 days।
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined or used simultaneously.
• Minimum odds for bets placed with bonus funds 1.50 must be.
• Bully4u reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bully4u platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any stored funds:

• Placing bets by exploiting advance knowledge of a match or event outcome (match fixing).
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or error in the bully4u system.

07Account Closure & Suspension

Bully4u may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If verification of your national ID or any other document fails.
• Upon instruction from any government authority.
• At the user's own request.

You can close your bully4u account at any time. To do so, Help Center contact us. Any funds remaining in your wallet can be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to applicable conditions).

08Privacy & Data Protection
